1. Order Cancellation
- Domestic Orders (India): Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven't been packed or shipped. To cancel, email us at info@suchisrifashions.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID.
- International Orders: Due to customs and international logistics, cancellation is not allowed once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your order details before completing your payment.
2. Cancellation by Suchisri Fashions
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing error
- Payment verification failure
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. Refunds
Eligibility:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
- Your order was cancelled before dispatch (eligible within 12 hours).
- The order was lost in transit or undelivered (confirmed via courier).
Non-Eligible Scenarios:
- Size or color preference issues after shipping
- Minor color variation due to screen settings
- Delay due to courier or customs
- Orders marked delivered but not received (check with local courier)
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and video proof. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer product exchanges, unless a wrong or defective item was sent. For size-related issues, customers must place a new order.
